Before opening any door, please ensure mechanical lock is in the open position.
Do not close the door with the locking system in the locked/engaged position as this could lead to vehicle damage
Do not engage the locks when passengers or animals are inside the vehicle (excluding the Replock). The doors cannot be unlocked or opened from the inside when the locks are engaged.

If for any reason the door is opened while the lock is engaged, please lightly apply pressure centrally to the door and turn the key to open the lock at the same time. Please refer to the videos in the ‘fix an issue’ section.
